The classes take place in the Yoganest, our cosy studio at 27 Old Ford Road, unless stated otherwise.

No need to bring a mat, we have plenty :)

TAI CHI, IN THE GARDEN / HALL

Join us this summer for weekly Tai Chi sessions in St Margaret's House Garden in Bethnal Green (or Hall in case of bad weather).

Tai Chi is a martial art form which takes you through a series of postures, building stability, balance and strength in the body. It is systematic in it's approach and it allows each student to grow in their own way. Suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
