Every Wednesday Evening, 19th April to 10th May

6pm - 8pm

Drop-in

For 4 weeks, every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm, we invite you to visit The Moody Embroidery Service pop-up in our Create Place.

This pop-up is ran by Moody Bright Designs, a local-independent maker who will be offering the chance to up-cycle your old clothes with a hand embroidered neck-line from £25*

Whether you already own the item you’d like embroidered, or you buy a piece on the day from the Moody rail, drop-in or reserve yourself a 15 minute slot and get a hand stitched, unique and personal design delivered to your home!

For any questions, please contact Milou at moodybrightdesigns@gmail.com

*If you want to book in other items of clothing or even pillowcases, don’t worry, everything is possible but prices will differ.

“My biggest inspiration comes from the artistry of old times folk art, with colourful bold patterns that can be both delicate and full of character. As a trained painter, I have always played with contrast, a quality that you can find in my hand-painted furniture too. There’s no such thing as too much colour in my world! I began this project as a response to concerns about fast fashion and the environment, and because I felt an urgent need to slow down and appreciate the process of making something unique and of quality, whilst avoiding waste as much as possible”                    Milou Stella, Moody Bright Designs
