An energising morning practise with a focus on generating warmth and releasing tension. The class incorporates all the traditional aspects of a Hatha Yoga practise and combines these with a gentle flowing sequence designed to improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness through breath directed movement. 

There is space for stillness, strengthening and alignment, balanced with an enjoyment of movement and energy. The class is suitable for all, expect a good work out, at a mindful pace.

The class is by donation.
