I grew up in Thessaloniki, Greece. My yoga journey began 17 years ago and thrives on continuous education from a variety of Yoga disciplines. With a background in Ayurveda, physical theatre, dancing, Butoh and sports, I deepened my practice in body and mind awareness. My technique is rooted in Vinyasa tradition with the influence of the Ayurvedic health system and involves breathing exercises, alignment and gentle pressure in vital points in the body by the end of the class, in order to bring balance and relaxation of the mind too. I am certified with 200hrs Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and I completed my Ayurvedic Massage Therapy studies with Sunita Passi in Tri-Dosha. Passionate about life, I am also a writer.
I believe that we can dream with our eyes open as long as we are able to let things flow in the present without being hooked on the past and the expectations of the future. It is the way we can find peace with the world we live in. I love mountaineering and can happily live between mountains, trees and waterfalls. Nature is a great medicine and it helps me to get back to my roots as a human being.
When people ask me ”how can you combine Yoga and massage in a class?”, I simply tell them ”come and let the practice become who you truly are!” Let it come, let it go, let it flow.
