Sarah has recently moved to London from Perth, Australia. She has been practising yoga for over ten years and lives a yogic lifestyle. Sarah has just spent the last seven months travelling the world and experiencing a variety of different yoga and pilates practises.
In April Sarah trained full time for six weeks in Rishikesh India, under a guru, to receive her certification in Hatha Yoga. She is now wanting to share this knowledge and her experiences with her classes.
