Flavia Cerrone

When I first started practising yoga in 2009, I was surprised by the sense of lightness and wellbeing I felt at the end of the class. Life seemed a little easier after yoga and my stressful working demands felt more manageable.

I was so enthusiastic about it that I enrolled in the 2-year triyoga teacher training diploma (390 hours) and graduated with distinctive grades under Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer.
I trained in Restorative yoga with Adelene Cheong in January 2017 and I am planning to enrol on an advanced teacher training programme with Jason Crandell in 2018.

I have been teaching since 2014, I am a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher and I am currently teaching assistant on the triyoga teacher training programme.

I am also the triyoga Teacher Training Administrator.
