Feldrenkrais method

The Feldenkrais Method is a through-the-body way of learning, drawing your awareness to the way you move and inviting your natural intelligence to play and discover new ways of moving easily.

It can improve mobility, help recovery from aches, pains and invites you to use less effort and tension that can make everyday easier.

Awareness Through Movement classes take place in either lying or sitting on a mat and Lou guides you verbally through a series of slow, gentle sequences of movements, bringing your awareness to your internal sensations to create new movement possibilities.
