Starting out with Ballet is perfect for any age group. Graceful movements combined with powerful muscle sculpting exercises provide the perfect workout for everyone. Tone arms, legs, core and back with this fun, all levels Ballet class. Learn how to perfect your pirouette and we'll even learn a few bits from famous Ballets! 

This is a mainly low impact workout with a small jumping section. Perfect to compliment Ballet Fitness classes too!
